PIB Group in Coventry seeks a Renewals & Contract Manager to own renewals, contracts and service quality for risk management clients.

You’ll be the trusted link between clients, the Risk Management team and colleagues, scoping work clearly and ensuring contracts reflect agreed terms.

You’ll manage end-to-end renewal cycles, oversee scopes of work and fee agreements, coordinate delivery with consultants and internal teams, and monitor key dates to prevent lapses.
