What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and place appropriate, profitable insurance solutions while maintaining accurate policy and client information.
- Deliver high-quality client service and advice, keeping clients informed and ensuring suitable cover at competitive premiums.
- Build strong relationships with clients, insurers and colleagues, identifying growth opportunities and resolving queries efficiently.
What We’re Looking For
- Solid experience in the UK insurance market, with General Commercial and Corporate Motor Trade being particularly essential.
- A strong awareness of regulation, compliance and Acturis usage are must-haves.
- Proven track record in client service and administration, with excellent accuracy, attention to detail, negotiation, communication and teamwork skills.
- Well-organised, good time management, and confident using MS Office and internal systems to support efficient client service delivery.
