PIB Group is seeking an experienced COO Performance & Governance Lead to join our Group COO function during a pivotal period of growth, transformation and operational change.
This is a highly visible role operating at the centre of executive decision-making, working closely with senior leaders to drive governance, performance management and strategic delivery across a complex European business.
Key priorities include:
- Establishing and embedding Group-level OKRs, KPIs and governance frameworks
- Driving executive reporting and performance insight
- Supporting AI, automation and operational improvement initiatives
- Providing oversight of strategic priorities, risks, dependencies and benefits realisation
- Bringing structure, accountability and pace to cross-functional transformation programmes
We're looking for someone with experience in a COO Office, Chief of Staff, Strategy, Transformation, Operations or Business Performance environment who can influence senior stakeholders, navigate complexity and turn insight into action.
