Your role involves maintaining client relationships without necessarily visiting clients physically. There will also be a new business development aspect, requiring proactive growth of your book of business. Responsibilities Demonstrate self-motivation and a hardworking attitude to meet growth targets. Ensure quality, consistency, and accuracy in all tasks. Provide high-level client service and promote excellent customer care. Develop and sustain professional relationships with clients, offering expert advice. Retain clients effectively. Maintain accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism in dealings with clients and insurers. Experience At least 3 years in a similar role such as Senior Handler or aspiring executive. Proven growth of a book of business. Background in commercial insurance. Strong client and stakeholder management skills. Knowledge of the market and insurers, with good relationships.
