Our Commercial Enterprise Unit are looking for a new Client Handler to join the team in providing excellent customer service, building key professional relationships and meet the needs of our clients.
Please note, this role is based out of our Halifax office full-time.
What you’ll be doing:
Proactively manage key accounts to meet agreed service standards, strengthen long-term client relationships, and drive retention.
Work to implement successful account retention and defence strategies to ensure business is retained.
Continuously develop your expertise and help grow the team’s capability.
What we’re looking for:
Previous experience within the insurance industry
Excellent customer service, organisational and time management skills
Experience of using Acturis is highly desirable
