What You’ll Do
- Take ownership of your sales plan, generating leads from new, existing, and referred clients
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through proactive outreach and high-level networking
- Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities, markets, and trends
- Engage with key decision-makers and build lasting relationships with clients
- Conduct impactful meetings and product demonstrations, both virtually and in person
- Understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions that drive value
- Strategically plan and implement operational changes to support business growth
- Negotiate pricing and close deals with confidence
- Represent XCenta at seminars, conferences, and industry events
About You
- Proven track record in B2B SaaS sales—this is a must!
- Experience in Health & Safety Compliance is highly desirable
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and demonstrations
- Outgoing, ambitious, and eager to succeed
- Natural leader with a proactive, “take the lead” approach
- Strong sales ethic and business development acumen
