Cobra Network, part of the PIB Group, are looking for a Business Development Executive who will drive growth for the Network by upselling the offerings to the current panel of brokers whilst identifying, developing and strengthening relationships. The role focuses on expanding market presence and supporting the delivery of Cobra Network's commercial strategy.
What you’ll be doing:- Address member queries, resolve issues, and provide product guidance to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Become comfortable with all aspects of the network offering and be able to explain the features and benefits to both internal and external customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing members via telephone and digital channels.
- Working from our customer database, identifying, researching, and initiating contact with independent brokers to generate new membership opportunities.
- Regularly contact members to gather feedback, understand their evolving needs, and ensure they feel valued.
- Strong outbound and inbound communication skills.
