We are seeking an experienced insurance professional to join our expanding team in London. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a vibrant, collaborative environment in a modern office setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Acquire and maintain knowledge of various insurance products, including Property Owners, Liabilities, Loss of Rent, Engineering, Contract All Risks, Tradesman, Terrorism, Household, Offices, and Shop Packages.
  • Manage a portfolio of small to medium-sized business clients with an overall book of premiums under £2,000,000.
  • Handle 400-600 renewals efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Build and sustain relationships with insurers.
  • Generate correspondence adhering to required standards and deadlines.
  • Process new business, mid-term adjustments, cancellations, and renewals accurately.
  • Provide quotations for new business and re-broking for renewals.
  • Conduct occasional face-to-face client meetings.
  • Maintain accurate paper and electronic records.
  • Respond competently to general queries via telephone, email, post, or in person.
  • Participate in relevant training courses.
  • Assist managers and team members as needed.

Experience:

  • Experience in the UK insurance market with a good understanding of regulation and compliance.
  • Essential experience in Property Insurance.
  • Client service and administrative experience with high accuracy and attention to detail.
