We are seeking an experienced insurance professional to join our expanding team in London. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a vibrant, collaborative environment in a modern office setting.
Responsibilities:
- Acquire and maintain knowledge of various insurance products, including Property Owners, Liabilities, Loss of Rent, Engineering, Contract All Risks, Tradesman, Terrorism, Household, Offices, and Shop Packages.
- Manage a portfolio of small to medium-sized business clients with an overall book of premiums under £2,000,000.
- Handle 400-600 renewals efficiently.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Build and sustain relationships with insurers.
- Generate correspondence adhering to required standards and deadlines.
- Process new business, mid-term adjustments, cancellations, and renewals accurately.
- Provide quotations for new business and re-broking for renewals.
- Conduct occasional face-to-face client meetings.
- Maintain accurate paper and electronic records.
- Respond competently to general queries via telephone, email, post, or in person.
- Participate in relevant training courses.
- Assist managers and team members as needed.
Experience:
- Experience in the UK insurance market with a good understanding of regulation and compliance.
- Essential experience in Property Insurance.
- Client service and administrative experience with high accuracy and attention to detail.
