Our Construction team in PIB Risk Management are looking for a Project Coordinator to join the team!
The Role – Project Coordinator
What you’ll be doing:
Providing broad administrative support including, handing calls and project queries, supporting with meeting preparations while ensuring to meet strict deadlines and working efficiently with the team.
Supporting projects by accurately monitoring and tracking progress, and assist with fee forecasting and invoicing.
Supporting the technical team on Construction (Design & Management) 2015 duties: prepare Health & Safety Files as required and assist compliance with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1999.
What we’re looking for:
Robust experience in an administrative support role is essential for this position.
An understanding or experience working in a Construction support role, or someone who is looking for a route into the world of Construction is highly desirable.
Confident use of Microsoft Office (particularly PowerPoint, Excel and Word), and able to learn new programmes.
Excellent organisation and communication skills with a proactive approach to collaboration across teams.
