Account Executive (Desk-Based) Cooper Solutions, part of PIB Group, has been delivering software and digital solutions to the retail automotive industry since 2001. We are a close‑knit 30‑strong team in Barford near Warwick, committed to supporting our customers and providing a supportive environment for our colleagues. What you’ll be doing * Support Account Managers with administration, reporting and creation of training materials. * Provide remote training on Cooper Solutions products and resolve customer support issues. * Develop your understanding of our products, the automotive retail sector and account management strategy. What we’re looking for * Excellent customer service experience and a professional telephone manner. * Strong communication skills with a customer‑focused, team‑player mindset and genuine desire to help others. * Organised, capable of multi‑tasking, and eager to learn new systems and concepts.
