About the Role

As a UX Researcher, you will work closely with product managers, designers, and developers to identify and prioritise research opportunities that satisfy both business and user goals.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, gather, and analyse insights about users through new studies and reviews of existing data.
  • Compile well‑documented research findings to deliver meaningful and actionable insights for internal consumption.
  • Manage, execute, and analyse usability sessions, with support from other team members.
  • Take full ownership of all UX research and run multiple streams of work simultaneously.
  • Create a UX research roadmap for continuous improvement across the product.
  • Advise on the most appropriate research methods based on your experience.
  • Conduct competitor and exemplar analysis.
  • Conduct workshops with internal stakeholders to align business needs.
  • Serve as the voice of the user on your team, ensuring that products solve customers’ problems while meeting commercial goals.
  • Influence product and design decisions with excellent interpersonal skills in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment that thrives on delivering value frequently.
  • Proven experience within UX research and remote testing tools.
  • Ability to quickly and effectively share research results and formulate specific, answerable, and practical questions.
  • Capacity to perform all research‑related tasks including research, planning, evaluation, and iteration.
  • Proficiency in collaborating effectively with stakeholders and acting as a strategic partner in product decisions.
  • Experience with user groups and feedback sessions.
  • Strong desire for creative problem‑solving with a positive attitude.
  • Proven competency in data analytics and qualitative aspects of UX research.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a pragmatic attitude.
  • Proven ability to implement appropriate qualitative research methods effectively.
  • Proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
