You'll support the Compliance Officer in delivering our Compliance Monitoring Plan, producing MI and regulatory reporting, and helping drive better outcomes for our customers.This is a great opportunity for someone with compliance monitoring experience who wants to build their knowledge of the London wholesale insurance market, and to develop into a well-rounded regulatory compliance professional within a supportive, growing group.What You'll Be DoingConducting monthly horizon scanning to track regulatory and policy developmentsPerforming sanctions screeningSupporting the design and maintenance of controls for Consumer Duty and Product GovernancePreparing and delivering monthly Compliance MI and reports to the management teamLogging and managing breaches, complaints, and errors & omissions, including root cause investigationWhat We're Looking ForExperience in compliance monitoring activitiesUnderstanding of key regulatory risks facing insurance brokersKnowledge of the Lloyd's and non-Lloyd's commercial insurance market, and how business is placed and distributedStrong organisational and time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communicationNice to HaveA compliance, risk, or governance qualification (e.g. ICA, ICSR, CII, ACAMS)Experience preparing reports for senior managementFCA Handbook knowledge and awareness of current regulatory focus areas (Consumer Duty, SM&CR, product governance)Why PIB Group?PIB Group is one of the UK’s fastest-growing insurance businesses, offering real career progression, professional development, and a collaborative culture where your work truly matters.We encourage our people to be collaborative, with entrepreneurship at our core.
