Guest Krieger - Part of PIB The Role – Insurance Technician
Guest Krieger is seeking an organised and detail-focused Insurance Technician to provide technical and administrative support to its specialist broking teams. You will support the broking lifecycle, including new business, renewals and policy amendments, helping to ensure documentation is accurate, records are maintained and work is completed within agreed timescales. Working closely with brokers and colleagues, you will contribute to an efficient, professional service for clients and market partners.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Support brokers with the administration and tracking of new business, renewals and policy amendments.
- Prepare and check insurance documents, maintain accurate records and follow up on outstanding requirements and deadlines.
- Liaise with brokers, insurers and colleagues, handling information securely and following regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in insurance administration or broking support, with an understanding of insurance terminology and policy documentation.
- Strong attention to detail, organisation and communication skills, with confidence using Microsoft Office and maintaining electronic records.
- A proactive, collaborative approach to meeting deadlines and resolving queries; London Market experience or progress towards a CII qualification is desirable.
