Senior Sales Associate Luxury Fashion Store

We are looking for Senior Sales Associates with experience in style advising for our affluent customers at one of our stores in King\’s Road – Chelsea, Knightsbridge, Hampstead, or Marylebone.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
2. Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards; keep the store fully stocked.
3. Identify customers\’ needs and preferences; create a best-seller list.
4. Greet and welcome customers elegantly; assist in fitting rooms and promote add-on sales.
5. Participate actively in deliveries and re-planning; stay updated with product information.
6. Accurately describe product features and benefits.
7. Follow all company policies and procedures.
8. Aim to provide high-class customer service and increase company growth and revenue by maximizing sales.

Requirements and Skills:

1. Proven experience in retail sales.
2. Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
3. Proficiency in English.
4. Track record of exceeding sales KPIs.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Customer-focused, friendly, helpful, confident, and engaging personality.

This is a full-time position.

• Salary: £12.5 – £13 hourly
