Senior Sales Associate Luxury Fashion Store

We are looking for a Senior Sales Associate with experience in promoting style advice to our affluent customers in one of our stores in King\’s Road-Chelsea, Knightsbridge, Hampstead Hit, or Marylebone.

Job Description:

1. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
2. Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
3. Maintain a fully stocked store.
4. Identify customers\’ needs and wants and create a best seller list.
5. Welcome and greet customers in an elegant manner.
6. Assist customers at the fitting room and be able to add on sales.
7. Actively involve in deliveries and re-planning, staying up to date with product information.
8. Accurately describe product features and benefits.
9. Follow all company policies and procedures.

The goal is to provide high-class customer service and to increase the company’s growth and revenue through maximizing sales.

Requirements and Skills:

1. Proven working experience in retail sales.
2. Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
3. Proficiency in English.
4. Track record of over-achieving sales KPIs.
5. Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Customer service focus.
7. Friendly, helpful, confident, and engaging personality.

This job is full-time only.
