This role is ideal for someone who understands fashion, luxury communication, visual storytelling, and the importance of brand consistency. You will work across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok where relevant, influencer outreach, press opportunities, campaign planning, content creation, and brand storytelling. The role requires someone who is creative but organised, stylish but practical, and able to balance beautiful content with measurable results.
Duties & Responsibilities- Social Media
- Plan and manage the social media content calendar across key platforms, creating, writing, scheduling, and publishing posts, reels, stories, and campaign content.
- Develop content ideas for new arrivals, seasonal collections, store activity, events, promotions, and brand storytelling, ensuring all content feels luxurious, polished, and suitable for the Piazza Castello audience.
- Write refined and engaging captions that reflect the brand tone of voice, while also filming and editing short‑form video content including reels, behind‑the‑scenes clips, product highlights, and store content.
- Support photoshoots by helping with shot lists, styling direction, and content usage, while also monitoring social media performance and suggesting improvements based on engagement, reach, audience response, and brand objectives.
- Respond to comments and messages where needed in a professional, brand‑appropriate tone, while staying aware of relevant social media trends and ensuring they are only adapted when suitable for a luxury fashion brand.
- PR & Brand Awareness
- Support PR outreach to fashion editors, stylists, publications, influencers, and relevant media contacts, drafting PR emails, brand introductions, product pitches, and campaign angles.
- Build and maintain media and influencer contact lists, research suitable press opportunities, gift guides, editorial features, event listings, and local London media opportunities.
- Assist with influencer and creator outreach by identifying suitable profiles, managing communication, supporting product gifting, coordinating press samples, and handling follow‑up communication where required.
- Develop PR angles around new collections, cashmere, silk, gifting, store stories, seasonal campaigns, and luxury wardrobe edits, while tracking PR activity, mentions, collaborations, and results.
- Content, Campaigns & Brand Communication
- Support campaign planning for seasonal launches, new arrivals, promotions, store events, and editorial stories.
- Work with the e‑commerce and marketing team to ensure social content aligns with website launches, email campaigns, and product priorities.
- Help maintain a consistent visual identity across all social and PR channels.
- Assist in creating moodboards, visual references, campaign concepts, and content briefs.
- Ensure all copy and content are accurate, polished, and aligned with the brand’s luxury positioning.
- Support content creation for stores, products, lifestyle shoots, events, and behind‑the‑scenes moments.

- Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience in social media, PR, fashion marketing, content creation, or a similar role, ideally within fashion, luxury, retail, lifestyle, beauty, or a premium consumer brand.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, reels, stories, Pinterest, and social media best practice, with confidence in creating content across photography, short‑form video, captions, and basic editing.
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to create elegant, polished, and brand‑appropriate copy across social media, PR, website, email, and campaign content.
- Good visual taste and a strong understanding of luxury fashion imagery, styling, tone of voice, and brand presentation.
- Understanding of PR outreach, influencer marketing, press pitching, media relations, product gifting, and creator communication.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage content calendars, deadlines, scheduling, reporting, and multiple campaigns at once.
- Good attention to detail across copy, visuals, content planning, social posting, and overall brand consistency.
