Duties & Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, paid ads, and website channels
- Create and schedule email marketing campaigns, including subject lines, copy, product selections, and campaign layouts
- Assist with social media content creation for Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms
- Write product, collection, campaign, and promotional copy in line with the Piazza Castello brand tone
- Support Meta Ads and Google Ads activity, including campaign ideas, creative direction, performance monitoring, and reporting
- Update the Shopify website with new products, collection pages, banners, copy, images, and campaign assets
- Help optimise website content for SEO, including product descriptions, collection descriptions, meta titles, and meta descriptions
- Monitor website performance, customer behaviour, campaign results, and online sales activity
- Use tools such as Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Shopify, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Canva, Photoshop, or similar platforms
- Work with product images, ensuring content is visually consistent and suitable for a luxury fashion brand
- Assist with product launches, seasonal campaigns, sales campaigns, and new collection promotions
- Prepare weekly or monthly performance summaries covering email, social media, paid ads, website, and sales activity
- Research competitors, luxury fashion trends, content ideas, and digital marketing best practices
- Support the wider team with e‑commerce, customer experience, and marketing‑related tasks when required
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 2‑3 years of experience in digital marketing, e‑commerce, fashion marketing, or a similar role in the retail or fashion industry
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to write in a refined and luxury‑led tone
- Good understanding of paid media marketing, Google Ads, social media marketing, email marketing, paid advertising, SEO, and website content
- Experience with Shopify
- Experience using Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Canva, Photoshop, Klaviyo or similar tools is beneficial
- Strong attention to detail and a good eye for visuals, layout, styling, and brand presentation
- Ability to understand campaign performance and suggest improvements based on data
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks, deadlines, and campaigns at the same time

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
