[PIAS] is seeking an Audience Development & Partnerships Assistant to join our Audience Development & Partnerships team within [PIAS] Label Group (PLG), supporting our department. We’re looking for someone organised, proactive, and self-motivated, with a positive attitude and excellent attention to detail. The ideal candidate can manage multiple priorities with ease, thrives in a collaborative environment, and has a genuine ambition to grow into a career in digital marketing within the music industry. As a dedicated team player, you will provide essential administrative support across the roster, helping the Audience Development team operate smoothly and efficiently.
What you’ll be doing:
- Collaborate with Audience Development leads on research, ideation and execution of artist campaigns.
- Assisting with onboarding and set-up, including audience analysis, social media health checks, housekeeping and some troubleshooting where relevant.
- Provide administrative assistance during content creation days.
- Help prepare decks and presentation materials for partners and meetings.
- Managing label social channels for Play It Again Sam, [PIAS] Electronique, and any other owned social channels to be launched.
- Support rollout plans and coordinate aspects of campaign execution.
- Assist with administrative eCRM builds and data collection activations.
- Attend team and artist meetings and circulate meeting notes.
What we expect:
- 1–2 years’ experience in digital marketing or a related field (including internships or assistant roles).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Motivated, enthusiastic, and collaborative; a genuine team player with a professional attitude.
- Confident with technology, including social media platforms; familiarity with analytics and reporting is a bonus.
- Passionate about music.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
