Salary: £71,080 – £79,442 plus 15% benefits allowance (can be taken as cash), and further benefits listed below.

Contract: Permanent

Location: London / Remote with regular travel to London

About The Role

Reporting to the Beyond Beer Business Unit, you\’ll lead the delivery of the commercial and execution strategy for launching a new brand within the wholesale channel, working closely with Off-Trade customers. Your focus will be on driving brand growth, implementing sales strategies, building customer relationships, managing pricing and trade marketing, and leveraging category insights for scalable, sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Own the Sales & Customer Strategy: Collaborate with key customers to define growth roadmaps and maintain strong partnerships.
  2. Shape the Commercial & Execution Plan: Develop and execute plans in partnership with leadership and external parties.
  3. P&L Ownership: Manage the brands\’ profitability and ensure sustainable growth.
  4. Brand Building: Introduce and nurture the brand in the trade, aligning with Heineken\’s vision and growth plans.
  5. Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and adjust strategies accordingly.

About You

We seek a highly commercial, entrepreneurial, and collaborative individual capable of balancing strategic thinking with daily execution. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to develop go-to-market strategies that increase brand awareness, trial, and distribution.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Extensive commercial experience with full P&L responsibility, driving profitability and strategic financial decisions.
  • Proven sales and customer management experience, ideally in the drinks industry.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset suited to a high-growth, innovative environment.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with experience managing key accounts and trade partners.
