About The Role
Reporting to the Customer Development Director, this exciting role involves dynamic collaboration with team members and influential stakeholders. Youll support the achievement of developing a profitable market share and increasing the availability & appeal of our brands to consumers. The core of the role focuses on driving incremental net distribution by retaining the current brand footprint and unlocking incremental opportunities, ensuring that our iconic beers and ciders find their way to consumers through the best pubs and bars in the region.
The Customer Development Executive will activate key brand platforms, campaigns and events across relevant outlets in the patch. Youll work closely with our national and indirect team to deliver tactical activity in current accounts and help execute new opportunities.
Relationships here are key and youll need to develop and maintain a high profile within your geography by building a strong network of customers and contacts with regular meetings to build a continuous pipeline of new opportunities. And, with quality never far from our minds, youll lead conversations with your customers to ensure that every consumer has an exceptional experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Prioritising calls to strategically important accounts, spending time where maximum impact can be gained.
- Sell our iconic brand propositions to outlet decision-makers with passion ensuring alignment with the outlet type and brand positioning.
- Identify appropriate outlets for marketing activity and deliver brilliant execution of promotional campaigns.
We sponsor some fantastic events that you may have heard of, such as the UEFA Champions League, Champions Cup Rugby, UEFA Womens Euros and Formula 1. Plenty to get involved in!
Who We’re Looking For
This role is fast-paced and requires flexibility in its approach. Youll need to adapt your selling style and tools according to the customer and channel. This can be done by building quick, quality relationships with customers.
We need someone with a real passion for brands, able to story tell and discuss our portfolio with the enthusiasm it deserves.
If you have:
- Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to get on with people from all walks of life
- An appetite to learn and grow
- Experience of delivering against targets
- Brand selling experience
- Commercial acumen and negotiating skills
Experience in pubs and beer isnt essential for this role and we actively encourage people with a passion for excellence in execution in any industry to apply!
