The Piano Works Covent Garden is on the lookout for a fun-loving, organised, and guest-focused Party Planner to support our operations team during the busy festive season.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a flexible, short-term role in one of London’s most exciting live music venues.
As a Party Planner, you will assist the operations and sales teams in ensuring all pre-booked events and reservations run smoothly. You’ll handle daily enquiries, request pre-orders, and update bookings with any changes — making sure every guest enjoys an unforgettable Piano Works experience.
You’ll be focused solely on our Covent Garden venue.

We’re London’s only non-stop live music venues where our eight talented musicians take requests and keep the energy high all night long.
From our lively Saturday brunches (11:30–16:00) to our late-night shows and DJs (until late), The Piano Works is part restaurant, part bar, part concert — and 100% party.
What We’re Looking For✅ Minimum 1 year of experience in Hospitality or Retail Sales
