Seasonal Support Manager – The Piano Works Covent Garden 🎄

Location: The Piano Works, Covent Garden, London

The Piano Works Covent Garden is looking for an experienced Support Manager to join our vibrant team over the festive period. As one of London’s most iconic live music venues, Christmas is our busiest (and most exciting!) time of year — and we need a confident, hands-on professional to help keep things running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the management team during peak service hours
• Overseeing the Pass and ensuring smooth communication between front-of-house and kitchen teams
• Maintaining high service standards and a positive team atmosphere during busy shifts
• Assisting with guest experience, problem-solving, and team coordination

Qualifications

• Previous management or supervisory experience in hospitality (essential)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• A proactive, can-do attitude and a genuine passion for great service
