We are seeking an exceptional Programme Manager to lead our enterprise-wide Reporting Transformation Programme — one of the organisation's two most critical strategic initiatives. This individual will be responsible for delivering business value from our modern Azure-based reporting infrastructure, driving analytics and data-science‐led capabilities across multiple areas of the business.
This is a high‐visibility delivery role requiring a strong, structured programme leader who excels at communication, stakeholder management, and disciplined budget and resource control.
Programme Leadership- Own and lead the end-to-end Reporting Transformation Programme, ensuring delivery of all workstreams on time, within budget, and to organisational standards.
- Translate business needs into actionable programme plans and ensure measurable value creation through analytics, reporting, and data solutions.
- Drive the development of analytics and reporting capabilities for leading London‐market digital trading platform.
- Delegated Authority, addressing internal data quality issues and broader market data challenges.
- Deliver several additional smaller workstreams across the wider business.
- Manage blended teams including internal permanent staff, contractors, and external consultants through a matrix structure.
- Ensure all resources are aligned, onboarded, and effectively managed to meet programme objectives.
- Lead the Programme Executive Steering Group, providing clear, concise, and high-quality communication to senior leadership.
- Prepare and deliver consistent upward reporting, progress updates, and risk/issue management.
- Own programme budgets with strong discipline and structure.
- Ensure financial plans are accurate, transparent, and adhered to throughout delivery.
- Proven experience leading large, complex transformation programmes—ideally within data, analytics, or reporting domains.
- Strong understanding of modern data and cloud platforms (Azure experience highly desirable).
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to technical teams, business stakeholders, and executives.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and align multi-disciplinary teams, including contractors and third-party vendors.
- Strong governance, risk management, and programme‐budget control.
- Professional, delivery‐focused leadership style.
