A global insurance organisation is seeking an experienced IAM / IDAM Engineer to support a major programme standardising identity and access management platforms across international business units. This is a hands‑on, long‑term contract role with exposure to enterprise‑scale IAM services and close collaboration with UK and US teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and enhance enterprise IAM services including Privileged Access Management, SSO/MFA, and Directory Services
- Manage day‑to‑day IAM operational requests and provide IAM best‑practice guidance to project teams
- Contribute to IAM compliance, audits, and certifications
- Support delivery of the IAM roadmap during global platform integration
Required Experience
- Strong hands‑on experience with enterprise IAM technologies (CyberArk, Delinea, Okta, MS Entra / Azure AD, Active Directory)
- Solid understanding of access management, privileged access, and directory services
- Scripting or automation experience (PowerShell and/or Python)
- Comfortable working in a global environment and managing competing priorities
