A leading London Market insurer is looking for a Digital Adoption & Business Change Specialist to support ongoing transformation across its digital tools, processes, and ways of working. You'll play a key role in helping teams embed new technology, improve workflows, and get real value from digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with Product, Delivery and L&D teams to design business change and adoption plans
- Create training, learning content and user materials to support digital adoption
- Support stakeholders to review and improve processes and workflows
- Help teams adapt ways of working as new technology is introduced
- Produce clear and engaging communications to guide users through change
Skills & Experience
- Essential: Experience in the London Insurance Market or Financial Services
- Background in digital adoption, business change, or transformation
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- Excellent communicator with the ability to simplify complex information
- Experience producing training, comms or enablement content
- Practical, solutions-focused approach with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
