You will work across AI‑enabled products, intelligent agents, data analysis, and low‑code solutions, supporting both internal product development and client delivery. This is a varied, hands‑on role for an intellectually curious analyst who enjoys working with data, understanding how systems behave, and helping turn complex or manual processes into scalable digital solutions for real clients.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Product Managers, AI specialists, and Senior Consultants to understand client needs and shape intelligent digital solutions.
  • Support the development and improvement of AI‑driven products and agent‑based workflows, helping analyse inputs, outputs, and behaviour.
  • Analyse, structure, and validate data used across products and client solutions to ensure accuracy, insight, and reliability.
  • Produce reports, insights, and updates that help teams and clients understand performance, outcomes, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support delivery of low‑code solutions (e.g. Microsoft Power Platform), including configuration, testing, and validation.
  • Assist with data remediation, cleansing, migration, and reconciliation activities.
  • Help configure and test cloud‑based software solutions across different environments.
  • Support clients with troubleshooting, triage, and user guidance where required.
  • Identify opportunities to remove, automate, or digitise manual processes using data‑driven and low‑code approaches.
  • Create clear documentation, process maps, and artefacts to support delivery and ongoing use.

Skills / Experience You Must Have

  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work confidently with data: analysing, restructuring, validating, and drawing insight.
  • Strong communication skills, able to explain ideas and insights clearly to technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Comfortable learning new tools, systems, and concepts quickly.
  • Interest in AI, intelligent agents, automation, and data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Interest in how digital products and low‑code solutions are designed, delivered, and adopted.
  • Evidence of exceptional problem-solving ability (e.g. competitive maths, coding challenges, research projects, side projects, published work, hackathons, etc.).
  • Demonstrable ability to learn new technical domains independently and quickly.
  • Clear examples of self-directed projects beyond university coursework.
  • Comfort with basic coding concepts (variables, loops, APIs, JSON).
  • Exposure to Git/version control or collaborative tooling.
  • Familiarity with cloud concepts (environments, deployments, permissions).
  • Strong logical reasoning and comfort thinking in systems (inputs, outputs, constraints, edge cases).

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to data analysis beyond Excel (e.g. SQL, Python, Power BI, or similar).
  • Familiarity with low‑code or no‑code platforms (e.g. Power Platform or similar).
  • Understanding of software delivery, automation, or digital transformation concepts.
  • Any experience (academic or practical) with AI, agents, or analytics.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2:1 degree or Masters in a relevant discipline (Data Science, AI/ML, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business & Technology, Economics, or similar).

Employment Type: Full‑time Hybrid (Tuesdays and Fridays working from London office)
