Role description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Digital Workplace Consultant. The role involves working with Pi Digital’s clients to deliver new business features and automations using the M365 platform (with particular emphasis on MS SharePoint and MS Power platform). The Digital Workplace Consultant will engage with client stakeholders to identify new opportunities, capture requirements, provide advisory services, and work as part of a cross-functional team to deliver the agreed solutions. The role is primarily remote, with 1-2 days in our central London office and/or client offices.

Key responsibilities

  • Consultancy; providing clients with advisory and educational support on the M365 platform (particularly MS SharePoint, Cloud Flows, and Logic Apps)
  • Business analysis; working with clients to understand and document requirements, with an emphasis on business process automations
  • Solution design; brining the full capabilities of the M365 platform to meet client needs
  • Development; working alone or with Pi Digital engineers to develop low code applications and automations
  • Analysing, restructuring and problem solving with data

Skills/Experience you must have

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to understand business requirements and provide consultancy regarding technical approach, including identification of opportunities for increased efficiency, as well as risks and mitigations
  • Subject matter expert in M365 technologies and Governance (SharePoint, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Canvas Apps)
  • Hands-on experience digitising business processes, creating workflows and implementing automation
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or related field (Masters, honours or minimum 2.1 ideally achieved)
  • Experience manipulating data and troubleshooting technical issues
  • Desire to learn and maintain strong working knowledge of the Microsoft 365 Business Applications, and all required tools and products

Nice to have

  • Knowledge and experience with Dynamics 365, Fabric, and Copilot
  • Experience with the MS Graph API
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting
  • Experience of large-scale, automated data migrations onto the M365 platform
  • Experience of internal communication and enterprise collaboration projects
  • Commercial experience: developing business cases and work estimates
