Location and working hours: London, UK · Office-Based (5 days/week)

Hours: Full time. Core hours are 09:30 to 17:00 (40 hours per week)

Salary: £35,000 per annum and £10,000 bonus based on performance

About You

We are searching for a Sales Development Representative to join our team. You need to be a graduate who is tech-savvy and prepared to work hard, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong relationship-building skills. You should have a genuine interest in health, wellbeing, or health technology and the ability to excel in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. German speaking is essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute outbound prospecting campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and phone to generate qualified leads for Physitrack and Champion Health.
  • Qualify inbound enquiries and book discovery calls for senior members of the commercial team.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HubSpot, and report on outreach metrics and pipeline activity weekly.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align on messaging and improve campaign performance.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree (required)
  • German language proficiency (essential)
  • We also welcome Swedish and Finnish speakers
  • Some experience in a customer-facing or sales role is desirable, internships or placements welcome.

Skills and Experience:

  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adopt new tools and platforms
  • Confident, proactive, and highly organised with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM desirable; familiarity with outbound sales tools (e.g. LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo) a plus.
