About You
We are searching for a Sales Development Representative to join our team. You need to be a graduate who is tech‑savvy and prepared to work hard, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong relationship‑building skills. You should have a genuine interest in health, wellbeing, or health technology and the ability to excel in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment. German speaking is essential for this role.
Responsibilities
- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and phone to generate qualified leads for Physitrack and Champion Health.
- Qualify inbound enquiries and book discovery calls for senior members of the commercial team.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in HubSpot, and report on outreach metrics and pipeline activity weekly.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align on messaging and improve campaign performance.
Qualifications
- Graduate degree (required)
- German language proficiency (essential)
- We also welcome Swedish and Finnish speakers
- Some experience in a customer‑facing or sales role is desirable, internships or placements welcome.
Skills and Experience
- Tech‑savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adopt new tools and platforms
- Confident, proactive, and highly organised with strong attention to detail and follow‑through
- Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM desirable; familiarity with outbound sales tools (e.g. LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo) a plus.
