About Physitrack Group: Physitrack is a listed health tech group scaling fast. Our two platforms, Physitrack and Champion Health, are used by over 150,000 clinicians and reach more than a million patients and employees across 35+ countries. We are growing rapidly worldwide, with the USA now our fastest moving market.
The role: This is a unique chance to join a global, listed health tech business at a genuine inflection point, and to help shape how its legal function runs. You will be the first pair of eyes on everything that comes into our legal ClickUp workspace, supporting the entire Physitrack Group. You will triage what comes in, deciding what can be resolved quickly with our AI legal tools, what you can handle yourself, and what needs the Head of Legal. You will draft contracts, support employment matters, and over time own an increasing share of routine commercial and people work. You will work directly alongside the Head of Legal, touching every corner of the business, including commercial, corporate, data protection, regulatory, IP, employment, and disputes.
What you will do:
- Triage incoming legal requests in ClickUp and route them appropriately, whether for resolution by AI, by you, or by the Head of Legal.
- Draft, review, and redline commercial contracts (NDAs, DPAs, vendor agreements, order forms, amendments).
- Support employment matters, including employment contracts, offer letters, bonus letters, variations, references, and day-to-day employee queries.
- Maintain our contract records, signature workflows, and legal knowledge base.
- Help us build, test, and improve legal workflows powered by AI.
What we are looking for:
- A bias to action and a drive to learn fast.
- Comfortable being uncomfortable, balancing opportunity and risk to enable an entrepreneurial company.
- You will be a brilliant, enquiring mind.
- Curiosity about AI and comfort trying new tools.
- Discretion, as you will see confidential information about people, customers, and the company.
- Excellent judgement about what to handle and what to elevate.
Nice to have:
- Experience with ClickUp, Notion, or similar workflow tools.
- Exposure to SaaS, digital health, or listed company work.
- Prior use of AI legal tools.
Why this role:
- A front row seat at a listed health tech group scaling globally, with explosive growth in the USA.
- Direct mentorship from the Head of Legal and Chief Operating Officer and real breadth from week one.
- Career progression in a company that promotes from within.
- The legal function will grow as the business grows, and so will you.
- Bonus eligibility and standard Physitrack Group benefits.
- Choice of London office, New York office, or fully remote working.
