Physique Academy is expanding across the U.S., and we’re looking for a high-performing Sales Representative to join our remote team. You'll play a key role in driving growth by leading consultation calls, managing leads, and closing high-ticket coaching programs in the health and fitness space. If you’re a confident closer, target-driven, and passionate about transforming lives—this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead consultation calls with warm leads, converting them into paying clients
  • Achieve a 60% show-up rate and 60%+ conversion rate
  • Keep daily tracking updated for calls, outcomes, and follow-ups
  • Collaborate with the sales and operations team to allocate new clients to the best-fit coaches
  • Attend weekly team meetings (Monday 8:00 AM and Wednesday 9:00 AM USA time)
  • Work core hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 7 PM (USA time)
  • Optional weekend calls/flexibility available

Pay Structure

  • 10% commission on all sales (programs range from £1,800 – £5,000)
  • 20% commission if you achieve a 70% conversion rate for the month
