Physique Academy is a global leading online men's fitness company, and we are expanding our high-performance sales team.

We're looking for a proven sales killer who knows how to close high-ticket deals, build trust fast, and communicate with power.

The Role

You'll be speaking with motivated men who are serious about transforming their bodies, mindset, and performance. Your job is simple:

• Lead high-quality inbound calls

• Drive prospects through a structured sales process

• Consistently close committed clients into our elite coaching programs

• Maintain CRM accuracy and follow-up discipline

• Represent Physique Academy with confidence, clarity, and leadership

What We're Looking For

We hire for excellence, not potential. To be considered, you MUST have:

• Proven closing track record (2+ years minimum)

• High-ticket sales experience (preferably in online coaching or fitness)

• Lives and breathes fitness – genuine passion for training, health, performance, and self-improvement

• Strong understanding of men's wellness

• Motivated, disciplined, and relentlessly driven

• Ability to hold powerful, challenging, conversion-driven conversations

• Must be UK based OR fully able to work either UK hours
