Business Development Manager in UK – Physiotherapist

PhysioMantra is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive B2B growth across the UK. This role focuses on selling corporate physiotherapy, workplace wellbeing, virtual rehabilitation, workplace MSK care and employee wellbeing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new B2B opportunities across the UK.
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, phone, networking and referrals.
• Build relationships with employers, HR and benefits teams, healthcare organisations and corporate wellbeing teams.
• Promote corporate physiotherapy, virtual rehabilitation, workplace MSK care and wellbeing solutions.
• Manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing.
• Conduct discovery calls, presentations and client meetings.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activities.
• Meet monthly and quarterly business development targets.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Healthcare Sales, Partnerships, Client Acquisition or a related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Experience managing the B2B sales cycle.
• Experience in healthcare, physiotherapy, wellbeing, employee benefits or health-tech is an advantage.
• Knowledge of the UK healthcare, employee benefits or corporate wellbeing market is preferred.
• Experience working with UK organisations is a plus.
• Knowledge of the UK MSK and workplace wellbeing market is an advantage.
