This role provides clinical cover during the Clinical Director’s medical leave, with full onboarding into our systems and treatment methodology.
The Role
This is a senior clinical position requiring strong diagnostic reasoning and confident patient management. You will:
- Deliver thorough MSK assessments and structured treatment plans
- Implement our diagnostic and rehabilitation frameworks
- Utilise shockwave and laser therapy, with full training provided
- Manage spine, upper limb and lower limb conditions independently
- Maintain high standards of documentation and patient progression
- Contribute to clinic performance and patient retention
This is not a holding position. It is a performance based opportunity to demonstrate leadership capability and secure a longer term role within the clinic.
What We Are Looking For
Essential:
- Proven MSK diagnostic competence
- Confidence with complex spine and peripheral joint presentations
- Clear and authoritative communication
- Professional, calm and composed presence
- Strong patient education skills
- Openness to structured systems and measurable outcomes
Desirable:
- Private practice experience with experience managing higher value private patients
- Shockwave therapy exposure
- Interest in sports rehabilitation or performance
- Experience with Cliniko, Heidi, Physitrack software preferable although full training can be given
You must be comfortable setting expectations, prescribing progressive rehabilitation and driving results with patients.
