Lead a physiotherapy practice with room to grow your own brand.
We're looking for a Lead Physiotherapist who combines strong clinical knowledge with the ability to connect, educate, motivate and actively guide people through their recovery. Someone who can assess what's happening, explain it simply, build a personalized plan and adapt that plan as the patient progresses.
You'll step into a growing practice with an established patient base, brand, marketing presence and business infrastructure already in place. This gives you the opportunity to focus on being an exceptional clinical lead, build meaningful patient relationships and help take Physio First to the next level. As you help us grow, we want to invest in your growth too. That means creating new opportunities around your expertise and investing in marketing, content, equipment, programs and infrastructure that can help you grow your professional brand and expand what's possible.
This role might be for you if...
- You know your stuff, and you can teach it. You can explain what's happening, what recovery could look like and what patients can do about it in language they understand.
- You have a physiotherapist's brain with personal-trainer energy. You demonstrate exercises, move with your patients and actively coach them through rehabilitation.
- You're hands‑on. You're comfortable using therapeutic massage, soft‑tissue work, assisted stretching and other appropriate hands‑on techniques alongside active rehabilitation.
- You're a teacher. You use conversation, demonstrations and visual tools to help patients understand their bodies and take an active role in recovery.
- You build relationships, not just appointments. You want patients to trust you, value their experience, return when they need you and recommend you to others.
What your day could look like
As Lead Physiotherapist, you'll manage the patient journey from the first conversation through assessment, treatment and continued rehabilitation. You'll have the independence to use your clinical judgment while delivering the personalized rehab experience. Your day may include free patient consultations, initial assessments and one‑on‑one physiotherapy, along with movement coaching, therapeutic exercise, hands‑on treatment, stretching and patient education. You'll also prepare for upcoming patients, maintain clear clinical documentation and create individualized home exercise programs
The patients you'll help
You'll work with people across different ages, abilities and stages of recovery. A significant part of our work includes patients managing arthritis, weakness, balance problems, falls, difficulty walking and loss of independence. You'll also treat people recovering from surgery, injury or hospitalization, patients with orthopedic, musculoskeletal, neurological and balance‑related conditions, and people managing persistent or recurring pain.
A flexible opportunity to grow
We want you to have the freedom to grow professionally without having to build everything from scratch. Build a patient caseload that can grow around your schedule, develop long‑term relationships and establish yourself as a physiotherapist people know and trust.
Physio First can also help you build your professional brand through educational content, community events, workshops and partnerships. Your expertise doesn't have to stop with one‑on‑one appointments. We want to explore new revenue opportunities such as specialty programs, group services, workshops, education, online offerings or other ideas within your professional scope.
