The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 Β£ per year.
We are an established and highly regarded small group of clinics, just east of Bath, treating MSK/post op orthopaedics, neurology and home visits. The friendly team consists of 4 physiotherapists, a podiatrist and great office support. We have regular clinical discussions and CPD, plus we meet socially. We all freely ask each other clinical questions to make use of our individual strengths.
If you have NHS experience but are apprehensive about moving to private practice in case you donβt like it or maybe feel you do not have enough experience, please do get in touch as mentoring is available, plus flexible hours alongside your NHS.
This is a part-time position for a Musculoskeletal (MSK) Physiotherapist in Lacock and/or Malmesbury with optional hydrotherapy located in Chippenham. The role requires sound skills in assessing, diagnosing, and treating MSK conditions across a wide range of patients in terms of age and goals. Your list could include a high level amateur sports person or an older person with joint pain and everything in between! Treatment plans and proactive communication by email and phone for your caseload will be required.
We are looking for:
- Experience in MSK assessment, accurate diagnosis, and a range of treatment techniques
- Proficiency in monitoring progression and developing and implementing rehabilitation programs
- Excellent communication skills with patients and colleagues
- Ability to manage time effectively and complete patient admin promptly
- HCPC registration and a Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) membership
- Previous experience in the NHS is essential and other interests e.g. acupuncture or Pilates welcome
- Reliability, a good work ethos and desire to go the extra mile for your patients
