We’re seeking an exceptional Senior Product Designer, Delivery who thrives on creating innovative, user-centred design solutions for enterprise clients. As a Delivery Designer, you will work at the intersection of artificial intelligence, engineering, and human‑centred design, shaping workflows that redefine how experts interact with complex systems. Collaborating closely with Delivery Leads, technical teams, and clients, you’ll drive the delivery of products that are both innovative and precise, meeting real‑world needs while pushing design boundaries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead discovery and research efforts: Conduct strategic user research to uncover insights, translating complex client requirements into intuitive, user‑centred solutions.
  • Design for enterprise innovation: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs that simplify workflows for technical users while addressing enterprise‑scale challenges.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally: Partner with Delivery Leads, Data Scientists, and Simulation Engineers to deliver designs that are both innovative and technically feasible.
  • Facilitate workshops and alignment sessions: Engage stakeholders through workshops and presentations to align on vision and ensure decision‑making throughout the design process.
  • Iterate for impact: Use user testing, analytics, and feedback to refine and optimise designs for maximum usability and impact.
  • Champion user‑centred practices: Advocate for best practices across teams while balancing commercial objectives and client needs.
  • Mentor and elevate: Guide junior designers, fostering a culture of excellence in design across the organisation.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in end‑to‑end design delivery, ideally in an agency or consultancy setting.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Technical expertise: Proven track record in enterprise UX/UI design, with a portfolio showcasing complex problem‑solving and scalable solutions.
  • Tools: Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and research platforms such as Dovetail.
  • Skills: Strong facilitation and communication abilities, with the capacity to articulate and present designs to diverse stakeholders.
  • Bonus points: Familiarity with AI/ML interfaces, experience in data‑heavy applications, or working knowledge of 3D tools (e.g., Blender, Houdini, Unity3D).
