The Role

Join our dynamic IT team as an experienced IT Support Engineer and play a pivotal role in shaping our technological landscape. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, supporting our IT systems and implementing cutting‑edge solutions to drive business growth.

What You Will Do

• Help drive IT solutions that align with our business objectives.
• Implement upgrades, patching, and system enhancements.
• Provide advice on technologies including networking and storage.
• Innovate to maintain the highest standards for our technology stack.
• Research and evaluate monitoring, backup, and recovery solutions.
• Contribute to our IT strategy and roadmap implementation.
• Opportunity to gain new skills using HPC, ML and AI technologies.
• Collaborate with data scientists, machine learning engineers, and simulation engineers to accelerate workflows.
• Continuously learn and apply best practices, supporting colleagues in their adoption.

What You Bring to the Table

• Solid experience supporting the IT strategy of a fast‑growing tech scale‑up.
• Proficiency in Linux, macOS, and Windows, including virtualization and scripting.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to analyse issues and recommend solutions efficiently.
• Experience shaping and following IT processes, with a focus on documentation.
• Practical knowledge of Azure, Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, and Office 365.
• Familiarity with HPC systems, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Ability to scope and deliver projects effectively.

Salary range from $80,000 - $120,000 depending on experience.
