Role Summary

  • Deliver inspiring Physics lessons that develop conceptual understanding and practical skills.

  • Teach students preparing for GCSE and A–Level examinations with challenging content and engaging activities.

  • Lead experimental work and promote practical science skills through well–equipped laboratories.

  • Support departmental initiatives such as STEM clubs, science fairs, and Olympiad training.

  • Contribute to curriculum development and departmental collaboration.

Candidate Profile

  • Degree in Physics or related subject with QTS.

  • Experience teaching Physics at GCSE and A–Level.

  • Excellent subject knowledge and ability to engage and challenge students.

  • Passion for promoting STEM subjects and careers.

  • Strong communication and teamworking skills.
