IonQ, including Oxford Ionics, is seeking an experienced software engineering director to lead a growing software team responsible for the control, monitoring, and compiler stack powering quantum computers. You will define the software architecture, drive development standards, and scale the team to meet ambitious research and product delivery goals.

You'll work with world-class software engineers and quantum scientists to ensure high-quality software across real-time control, Python/Rust.
