We are building something the automotive world has never seen. Phyron's AI generates personalised, immersive video tours of every car on a dealership's lot, automatically. We are live across 30+ countries, growing fast, and the product genuinely works. Dealers love it. Buyers convert. The momentum is real. Now we need the person who tells that story. This role sits at the heart of how the world understands and connects with Phyron. You will shape our voice, build our community, and create content that turns curious prospects into believers and customers into advocates. It is a broad canvas and a real opportunity to make your mark on a brand that is going places.
What It’s Actually Like To Work Here
We think it’s worth being honest about the environment you would be joining, so you can make a good decision. You will have real ownership from the start. We trust people to run with their brief and make good calls, checking in rather than checking up. We care about what gets made, not when you made it. Strong work and clear results are how you build credibility here. The pace is genuinely quick. Ideas move from conversation to published faster than you might be used to, and that’s by design. There’s no maze of internal approvals to navigate. You will work closely with a small marketing team and have the freedom to move. We are a global team, so you will think internationally from day one. If you do your best work when you have space to own something, this is a good place to be. If you are earlier in your career and still building confidence in independent decision-making, this role might stretch you faster than is comfortable.
The Role
You will be Phyron's content engine and community builder, responsible for shaping how we show up across every channel and building an audience that genuinely cares about what we are doing.
- Build and run a content calendar that drives awareness and pipeline: blogs, case studies, white papers, social, email.
- Own Phyron's presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms. Grow the following. Make it worth following.
- Nurture a community of dealers, automotive professionals, and AI enthusiasts who feel genuinely connected to what we are building.
- Be the face and voice of the brand across webinars, podcasts, and social formats. Comfortable on camera is a must.
- Use AI tools to scale your output intelligently, without losing the human quality that makes content worth reading.
- Track performance, cut what isn’t working, and report to stakeholders clearly and with confidence.
- Work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Experience so the content you create solves real commercial problems.
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Native-level English with strong writing, editing, and storytelling ability. Additional languages are a genuine bonus.
- 3 to 5 years+ in content marketing or community roles, ideally within B2B SaaS or tech.
- A portfolio that shows content you’ve created and results it delivered, not just job titles.
- Comfortable across formats: long‑form written, visual, video, and live.
- Solid understanding of SEO and AEO, and how content gets found and surfaces in search engines.
- Deep understanding of social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices, with the ability to translate insights into high‑performing content strategies.
- Hands‑on experience with AI content tools. You use them to go faster and think smarter, not to replace judgment.
- An analytical instinct. You check what worked before deciding what to do next.
Useful:
- Genuine curiosity about AI, automation, or the automotive sector.
- Experience with CMS platforms and design tools like Canva or Figma.
- Multilingual capability. We operate across 30+ countries and growing.
What You Won't Find Here
- A twelve‑person sign‑off process for a LinkedIn post.
- Meetings that exist to schedule other meetings.
- A culture where being seen to be busy matters more than shipping good work.
What You Will Find
- A global team building technology that is genuinely novel, and winning with it.
- Real autonomy paired with real support. We trust you as a professional and want you to succeed.
- A collaborative, low‑ego team that moves with purpose.
- Investment in your growth through training, mentorship, and clear career progression.
- Flexible working arrangements and a culture built around output, not hours.
- Competitive compensation, generous leave, and a birthday day off.
