We are building something the automotive world has never seen. Phyron's AI generates personalised, immersive video tours of every car on a dealership's lot, automatically. We are live across 30+ countries, growing fast, and the product genuinely works. Dealers love it. Buyers convert. The momentum is real. Now we need the person who goes out and wins the partners that multiply our reach.
This is a senior, commercially-focused role with real ownership. You will run your own book of partnerships from first conversation through to close and beyond, operating as a genuine peer to our Director of Partnerships. You will not be managing someone else's relationships or waiting for leads to land in your inbox. You will be building, hunting, closing, and scaling. This is a revenue-owning role and it is set up for someone who wants it that way.
What it is actually like to work here
We think it is worth being honest about the environment you would be joining, so you can make a good decision. You will have real commercial ownership from the start. Your patch, your pipeline, your deals. We trust people to make good calls and move, not wait for permission. The pace is quick. Ideas move fast, deals move faster when you push them, and that is by design. There is no committee to approve your prospecting strategy or sign off your outreach. You will work closely with the Director of Partnerships and have the freedom to operate. We are a global team, so you will be thinking internationally from day one. If you do your best work when you own something end-to-end and are measured on what you close, this is a good place to be. If you are looking for a well-defined account list and a full sales support function around you, this role will stretch you faster than is comfortable.
The role
You will own the full partnership lifecycle: finding the right partners, building the relationship, making the commercial case, closing the deal, and holding partners accountable to performance once they are signed.
- Hunt and build: Identify and target prospective partners: resellers, integrators, automotive groups, platform partners. Drive outbound from scratch, qualify fit early, and maintain a healthy pipeline at all times. Own your approach and your territory.
- Pitch and close: Lead discovery calls and demos tailored to each partner's commercial model. Build the business case together: ROI, revenue model, go-to-market fit. Drive the full process through to signed agreement, handling legal and leadership coordination along the way.
- Onboard and scale: Set clear targets with new partners from day one: revenue milestones, activation KPIs, first-deal timelines. Guide partners through onboarding and hold them accountable to performance, not just activity. Run quarterly business reviews, surface issues early, and push for results.
- Report and influence: Keep CRM (Salesforce) clean and forecasting reliable. Share partner insight internally to shape product decisions and GTM strategy.
What we are looking for
- 5+ years in partner management, channel sales, or B2B SaaS account management.
- A proven track record of hunting and closing new partnerships, not just managing existing ones.
- Strong commercial instinct and the confidence to run a deal start to finish without hand-holding.
- Excellent communication, adapted confidently to different audiences and commercial models.
- Highly organised and accountable across a busy pipeline.
- Comfortable operating autonomously and cross-functionally.
Bonus points for
- Experience in automotive, mobility, or dealer tech.
- Familiarity with AI, SaaS video, or digital marketing platforms in a partner context.
- Partner-sourced revenue growth you can evidence with real numbers.
- Experience building partner tier or health scoring frameworks from scratch.
What you will not find here
- A lengthy internal approval process before you can reach out to a prospect.
- A culture where being visible matters more than closing deals.
- Meetings that exist to schedule other meetings.
What you will find
- Competitive base salary plus performance-linked commission tied directly to partner-sourced revenue.
- Real commercial ownership from day one, with a close working relationship with the Director of Partnerships on complex deals.
- A fast-growing company where your results are seen and recognised.
- Remote-first with flexible working arrangements.
- A collaborative, low-ego team that moves with purpose.
- Investment in your growth through training, mentorship, and clear progression.
- Regular team events and a genuine focus on wellbeing.
- Birthday day off.
