Hiring Manager: Vice President EMEA
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation Strategy: Develop and implement effective B2B lead generation campaigns using various channels, including email marketing, webinars, newsletters, and social media.
- Customer Protect & Growth Initiatives: Help existing customers to have successful launches and sales. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell to existing customers through personalized marketing strategies and targeted communications.
- Tradeshow Operations: Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of tradeshow participation, including booth design, logistics, promotional materials, and post-event follow-up.
- Market Analysis & Market Mapping: Conduct market research to identify potential leads and understand the needs and pain points of our target audience, using insights to tailor marketing strategies. Work closely with our BD managers & distributors to ensure maximum prospection.
- Regionalized Marketing Content & Collaterals: In close collaboration with the Global team, create compelling science-based marketing materials, demo samples, consumer personas, and case studies that fit EMEA markets' needs.
- Media Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with industry media through regular communication, feedback loops, and engagement initiatives.
- Account Management: Manage some EMEA clients to nurture relationships, provide support, and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Reporting & Analysis: Track sales & KPIs progress, provide regular updates on pipeline status, and deliver insights on market trends and competitive activities.

- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within the Food Supplement ingredient industry, with a focus on lead generation and customer retention strategies.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems and marketing automation software. Ideally, experience with AI tools.
- Enthusiasm for prospecting the health & wellness industry and helping to generate and evolve marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with trends in food supplements and functional food markets in Europe is a plus.
- Strong passion for translating science and working closely with customers to activate into consumer-facing messages.
- Ability to understand technical product details and translate them into customer/consumer benefits.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions for clients.
