Position Summary

We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Patient Services Representative - Front Desk to join our healthcare team.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 0-1 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center, healthcare, or retail environment.
  • Proficient in collecting patient payments at the time of service.
  • Skilled in navigating multiple computer systems simultaneously.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office applications.
