We have an exciting opening for an Interim Director of Income and Engagement to join us on a 10-Month Fixed Term contract.

This role provides senior leadership across the Income Generation and Marketing & Communications teams, ensuring we maintain strong community engagement, and leading teams to raise over £30,000 a day to run our vital services.

You will ensure continuity of income generation, strengthen supporter engagement, lead high-performing teams, and safeguard the hospice's brand while driving sustainable growth.

This is an exciting opportunity for a collaborative and commercially minded leader with a strong track record of delivering income, inspiring teams, and building lasting relationships in the charity or healthcare sector.

A successful Interim Director of Income and Engagement will have

  • Senior Leadership experience in fundraising, marketing and communications, or charity retail.
  • The ability to deliver income targets and manage multiple streams.
  • Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience of leading and motivating teams through periods of change.
