Phyllis Court Club in Henley-on-Thames is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead the Food & Beverage team, delivering exceptional service and wine recommendations to our Members and Guests.
The role requires 40 hours a week with shift work including mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays; candidates should have proven leadership, strong communication, and a proactive approach. Training and rota planning are part of the duties.
