About Phyllis Court Club
Phyllis Court is a private members club situated in a grand riverside manor, set in 18 acres of land with 17 guest bedrooms on the River Thames in Henley-On-Thames and spectacular views over the river and the countryside beyond. Phyllis Court has excellent facilities, superb cuisines and wines, relaxing riverside accommodation and friendly staff being the perfect setting to meet friends and colleagues, with the highlight of the year being Henley Regatta.

The Role
As a Food and Beverage Assistant you will be responsible for ensuring our Members receive a warm and friendly welcome and any queries are dealt with in an efficient and professional manner. You will be expected to deliver exceptional service to both Club Members and Guests alike, keeping good cleanliness, and health and safety to the front of all you do.
Responsibilities will include:
- Assist with room set ups, table clearing, food delivery, beverage preparation and delivery.
- Train on and build food and beverage knowledge to know and understand the menus and offer food, wine, and beverage suggestions.
- Keep work area well stocked at beginning and end of shift.
Skills and Experience
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable and full training will be given.
- A positive, friendly and professional attitude.
- Proactive approach is essential along with ability to work in a team.
