Are you a skilled Warehouse Operative? Are you looking for a stable job in a growing company? Do you enjoy being part of a successful team? If so, we are looking for someone to join our Mayflower Birch Coppice depot as a Warehouse Operative.
You will help us serve the needs of our customers, you will be tasked with ensuring orders are picked accurately and assembled ready for dispatch, dealing with customer collections from site and ensuring the correct stock is allocated to each order. You will be promoting our core values with great customer care and showcasing your skills and professionalism.

Expected Responsibilities:
- You will be working with a designated Stock Controller highlighting any stock issues, damages, or discrepancies.
- Assisting with goods in and van loading when required.
- You will promote cleanliness and safety within our warehouse.
- Moving and storage of key stock, and order picking and packing.
- You will report damages and discrepancies.
- You will be set an achievable pick rate for orders.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Safety and legal compliance are a must. We welcome applications from people with a good safety record.
- Experience in a warehouse environment and a counterbalance or narrow aisle/flexi truck licence will be a benefit.
- High computer literacy will help you as you progress through your career with phs Direct.
