This is your opportunity to join our friendly and professional team as a Credit Controller here with us at PHS Teacrate. We are looking for that special someone with great experience working within a Credit Management office-based role.
A day in the life of a Credit Controller at PHS Teacrate will involve:
- Inbound and outbound calls to facilitate payment of outstanding arrears
- Looking after customers enquiries and payments via email, phone and web accounts
- Resolving complex queries relating to credit, debt and ledgers
- Opening new accounts and processing credit checks
- Collecting aged debt and resolving unallocated payments
- Taking steps to proactively reduce debt in its early stages
- Responding to calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
The ideal candidate for a Credit Controller at PHS Teacrate will have:
- More than 1 years’ experience as a Credit Controller
- Experience using SAGE and good working experience of using Microsoft packages such as Excel, Word and Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- The ability to effectively prioritise in a busy environment
In return for your commitment and expertise, you will get:
- A starting salary comprising of £26,000.00 - £28,000.00
- A full-time position in an established and successful company
- Great working hours Monday – Friday from 8.30am – 5.00pm (this may include some flexibility provided cover can be provided to support the team)
