The purpose of the role as a Fleet Administrator at phs Group
Fleet Operation, Driver administration and to provide administration support where necessary.
Key Tasks
- Recording Payment and Appeal of parking fines - arranging driver deductions where necessary.
- Identifying driver and cost centre on Notice of Intended Prosecutions, updating offence register and returning to issuing authority.
- Inspecting and vetting of all new drivers' licences and related documents.
- Updating driver and vehicle records.
- Arranging short term hires.
- Cancelling and ordering fuel cards.
- Parking and Toll account management.
- Answering telephone and dealing with general Transport queries.
- Any other duties as and when required by Manager.
The ideal candidate for a Fleet Administrator at phs Group will be
- Full and clean driving licence
- Must have proven ability of working in an environment with close attention to detail.
- Experience of working to tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel and adaptability to various bespoke internal systems.
- Excellent written and presentation skills.
- A good understanding of the importance of providing good customer service.
- A polite and patient manner.
- Able to work on own initiative and can juggle tasks.
