The Electrical Test & Inspection Engineer role at phs Compliance will involve:
- Carrying out inspection and testing of electrical installations (EICRs)
- Completing Emergency Lighting Testing, Fire Alarm Inspections, Mains Analysis and Thermal Imaging
- Undertaking minor remedial repairs as required
- Completing reports and certification using cloud-based software
- Ensuring all documentation is submitted accurately and on time
The ideal candidate for an Electrical Test & Inspection Engineer at phs Compliance will have:
- NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds 2360/2330 Part 1 & 2
- City & Guilds 18th Edition
- City & Guilds 2391 / 2394 & 2395
- AM2 qualification
- Experience working in an electrical testing environment
- Experience with electrical installation or project work
- Strong understanding of UK Health & Safety regulations
- Good IT literacy
- IPAF 3a & 3b licence
- Full UK Driving Licence (maximum 6 points)
Desirable:
- Flexibility to work 40 hours per week including evening/twilight shifts
- Willingness to travel and stay away when required
